oregano

The oregano has many names such as wild marjolaine, perennial marjolaine, common oregano or wild balm. Oregano harvest takes place during flowering during the summer months. For this, we only cut the tip of the branches of the perennial plant. After a delicate drying, we sort the too thick stems and we only keep the fine points which will be later chopped or ground.
